Antartica Is Melting!

Eagle Speaks : Updates She Is No Longer The Path, But Has Become The Path πŸ¦… My next Interview personality is someone who is known as "Ice Queen" - someone who loves the snow.  In the picture, she stood tall on the most coldest and remote part of our planet, Antarctica and proudly waving the Jalur Gemilang on our 63rd Independence day. In the forefront planting a time capsule. I saw beauty, joy, peace, and every part of her physical body (Mental, Emotional, Physical, Social and even Spiritual) were in harmony and sounded like a Flute - a harmonious melody only  heard and known by our inner self.  Stay tuned as I look forward to interview our first Muslim lady from Malaysia who reached the South Pole and my intuitive tells me she is someone who is inspired to give to those around her because of her sense of gratitude and abundance. You think you know her name?

Broga Cycling

On May 4th, 2022 Jack and myself will be doing a 40km cycling route. Our starting point will be from Broga town and departure is at 7.30am after our breakfast. From Broga, we will cycle through some scenic village routes until Kg Daching. From here, we will proceed to Bandar Tasik Senangin. This is a lovely residential area but sadly most of its houses are without the landlords. Many left it abondoned for whatever the reason, I don't know lah (probably the land is infected with termites). From the termite infected land, we will then head back to our starting point to Broga for lunch. This cycling exercise will prepare us for our weekend Gurdwara Cycling from Tampin to Melaka and vice versa. However, to those cyclist who are keen to join us for the inaugural cycling event, Jack Chan has prepared the program below: Gurdwara Cycling Tour 7-8 May, 2022 (Kajang-Tampin-Melaka-Tampin-Kajang). Train Schedule for Kajang- Tampin (Sat, 7 May 2022)  🚴Depart Kajang 6.23am and arrive Tampin at

After walking for 8 days and with a distance of 84 km, Kalirra Isis Athelage Don reached the base camp of Mt Annapurna in March and accompanying their 14 year old daughter were her parents, Ad Lincoln Wilson and Thanuja Darshini Jayagoda.  I have been given an opportunity to conduct an interview with Kalirra Don on May 2 and can't wait to speak to her and get the video interview done.
